Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix Overall Review

“Great Start to Get Into The Series”
This has been a good year for the Kingdom Hearts series. Early this year we get Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue and in March we get Kingdom Hearts HD 1.2 + 2.5 Remix together in one game.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix features six games with four of them being playable and two just being cinematics. Players can play Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Final Mix and can watch cinematics in Kingdom Hearts 3858/2 days and Kingdom Hearts Re Coded.
All games are enjoyable to play and watch. For people that know the series playing this game will bring back memories. It got me falling in love with the game again. Not only is it a joy to play these games again but seeing them run in 60fps and the loading times being a lot faster on the PS4 is a plus.
The game that I had the most fun with was Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. I really loved Kingdom Hearts II but Final Mix added so much fun with the Absent Silhouettes fighting the Organization members that you defeated in Chain of Memories on a better fighting field and not basing it on the cards. And Cavern of Remembrance had to be my all time favorite. Going through the cavern with great music and fighting all the Organization members again in tougher situations. It’s a challenge but it’s a lot of fun and requires strategies.
In the end Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix is a great collection and a great start for anyone that wants to get into the Kingdom Hearts series and it gives you a head start before the long awaited Kingdom Hearts III. If you love fighting, cool characters, action, great story, Disney characters kicking butt and Final Fantasy characters then this is the game for you. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix receives a 9 out of 10.
